“Colpriziana, offina alta nestra, fuaro menut, I name the dead which I seek. Thou art the dead that I seek. Spirit of the deceased, you may now approach this gate and answer truly to my calling. Berald, Beroald, Balbin, Gab, Gabor, Agaba! Arise, I charge and call thee.”
I cannot get over AsteroidBox’s release for the Gacha Garden! There are 9 commons and 1 rare (the table and chair), and the cat in the takeaway box is the Seed of Inspiration. As someone who is expected to participate in big family gatherings every (American) Thanksgiving, I might not find this set as sad as it should be. I’d like to spend one holiday alone with some takeaway and Korean dramas! Not sure I could do that all the time, though. I have much for which to be thankful, like my amazing SL boss. ♥
Oooooohhhhh yeah! “Silence of the Lambs” is on a lot right now, and I take every opportunity to watch it, even just bits and pieces. After 25 years, it’s still one of my favorite movies. “He covets.” Such a simple statement, but it was the paramount clue.
Speaking of coveting (oh what a cheesy seque!), Aii and Ego are offering new horns at Fallen Gods, and they are divine! The Bento moth wings are a little gifty in the pack, and I paired them with other Aii releases to make a moth demon worthy of a little coveting. ^.^
Hannibal Lecter: First principles, Clarice. Simplicity. Read Marcus Aurelius. Of each particular thing ask: what is it in itself? What is its nature? What does he do, this man you seek? Clarice Starling: He kills women… Hannibal Lecter: No. That is incidental. What is the first and principal thing he does? What needs does he serve by killing? Clarice Starling: Anger, um, social acceptance, and, huh, sexual frustrations, sir… Hannibal Lecter: No! He covets. That is his nature. And how do we begin to covet, Clarice? Do we seek out things to covet? Make an effort to answer now. Clarice Starling: No. We just… Hannibal Lecter: No. We begin by coveting what we see every day. Don’t you feel eyes moving over your body, Clarice? And don’t your eyes seek out the things you want?
THE NIGHTMARE EVENT IS OPEN! That is all. No. Seriously. That’s it. That’s all you need to know. ♥
“A long time ago, in the underground realm, where there are no lies or pain, there lived a Princess who dreamed of the human world. She dreamed of blue skies, soft breeze, and sunshine. One day, eluding her keepers, the Princess escaped. Once outside, the brightness blinded her and erased every trace of the past from her memory. She forgot who she was and where she came from. Her body suffered cold, sickness, and pain. Eventually, she died. However, her father, the King, always knew that the Princess’ soul would return, perhaps in another body, in another place, at another time. And he would wait for her, until he drew his last breath, until the world stopped turning…” from “Pan’s Labyrinth”
